The VCS Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) will give priority consideration to:
- Original ideas
- Progressive topics
- Cutting edge abstracts and clinical research findings
- Minimally invasive surgical treatments & techniques
- Combination & “stackable” treatments
- Complications management
All abstracts are reviewed by members of our SAB, and rated on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest), considering the following principles:
- Uniqueness and/or innovativeness of the topic/content
- Clear and consequential learning outcomes
- Completeness of information and ideas provided
- Clear explanation of its existing or impending impact and implications on the practice of aesthetic surgery and/or medicine
- INCOMPLETE ABSTRACTS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED OR CONSIDERED
- Only one (1) accepted abstract per practice management consulting firm will be allowed for presentation
